Good equipment in the rooms, nice café nearby and key location to city attractions.
Unsatisfactory room hygiene, noisy surroundings and lack of basic amenities such as hairdryer, malfunctioning TV remote, and light bulbs missing in night lamps.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room with the jacuzzi had fantastic mountain views and the grill bar downstairs served delicious food that easily fed more people than expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for our pit stop. Additionally, the shower in our room was perfect for my 2m tall hubby.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is ideally located for outdoor activities like hiking and skiing. Its ample breakfast spread and hospitable staff impressed me. the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, and the jacuzzi is a great way to relax after a long day of exploration.
The soundproofing in the meeting rooms leaves a lot to be desired.

The hotel's location was perfect for my New Year holiday, as it was close to both the city center and the ski lifts. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The room we stayed in had some problems with the heating, which made it hard for us to sleep comfortably during the night. the lighting in the room was not very good, which made it difficult to read or work on my laptop.
